Description

I'm calling this a "Semi-Cosplay" as a Little Sister from Bioshock because all I did was my face :XD:

Makeup used: a number of eyeshadows & one eyeliner pencil.
Only editing was the yellow eyes because sadly I don't have any fun contacts >.<
